Dr. Mason is a fellowship-trained, board-certified ophthalmologist, sub-specializing in vitreoretinal surgery with more than 26 years of ophthalmology experience. Dr. Mason graduated from medical school at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, NY. Dr. Mason has participated in numerous vitreoretinal research studies. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of both the American Society of Retina Surgeons and the Vit-Buckle Society. In his spare time, Dr. Mason loves to spend time traveling with his wife, Katie, and their three children Mia, Cora, and William. He also enjoys playing tennis and trying new cuisines.
