Physician Bio:
Dr. McDaniel, who is one of Tennessee’s most prolific cataract surgeons, provides advance techniques and knowledge in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma. These techniques include trabeculoplasty, glaucoma tube shunts, trabeculectomy, and MIGS. Having performed nearly 35,000 surgeries as of 2020, Dr. McDaniel is skilled in laser assisted cataract surgery and in the use of all the latest specialty lenses to correct astigmatism and presbyopia. Dr. McDaniel enjoys working closely with optometric physicians to provide surgical and consultative services to patients throughout East Tennessee.
