Welcome to our Referring Physician Portal (RPP), a scheduling tool that is fast, reliable, and easy to use. Our RPP will save you and your team valuable time when referring your patients to a SouthEast Eye Specialist physician. Once your referral is made, we’ll take it from there. It’s’ that simple!

Haven’t set up your RPP account yet?
If you have not set up an account to access our Referring Physician Portal, please email us at RPPsupport@theseesgroup.com. Please include the following:
- Full name
- NPI#
- Name of your clinic
- Address (street address, city, state, zip)
- Phone number
- Fax number
- Email address (the email address you prefer to use for your account login)
- The name(s) of the associated optometrists working in your office and their NPI number(s)
- Which SouthEast Eye Specialists clinic(s) do you refer your patients to?
Please note: If you have multiple office locations, please provide the address for each along with a list of the associated optometrists for each location and their NPI numbers.
